The result of professional collaborations, shared values and commercial agreements,
Punto de Cambio and Grupo Ecosistema have decided to generate a
strategic alliance for the future of both companies in Spain.

Its Directors, José Vicente Cabas and Alejandro Licht, agreed
establish in Madrid the headquarters of Punto de Cambio which will allow
respond to the corporate demands of the national market.

José Vicente Cabas will direct the headquarters and Sergio Quiroga Morla will be the
Project manager.
