Every employment and entrepreneurial transition is unique for the person involved because of his or her singularity and of the determinants and resources that are at play the moment it starts.
Whether induced by the company or organization, by the person itself, or by external factors or critical events, all transitions are connected as psychological, economic and family processes are brought to bear when deciding how to overcome them.
Working on the premise that no change is easy or simple to bring about, especially so when it has not been looked for or desired, we generate the conditions necessary to make it easier for every counselee, in a caring and personalized environment, to go through and get over the entrepreneurial or employment transition and reach his or her goals in a satisfactory manner.
We work with an integrative approach model with diverse types of support interventions (emotional support, coaching, training, counseling) and tools and resources that translate into concrete positive results for the participant, his family, and for the company or organization.
