The HCC (for its acronym in Spanish) Program facilitates human development by the alignment of personal and professional objectives through concrete actions to be performed by each participant.
The Program is:
• Developed using a face-to-face format that integrates different disciplines and practices of proven effectiveness in the corporate sector;
• Implemented in attractive settings of different countries, to be selected by the company, in order to achieve the intended goals;
• Addressed to executive staff of any position and sector residing in Latin American countries; the whole course will be taught in Spanish.
